LitOceans Mobile Bartending DOES NOT Provide a Liquor License or Permits. However, LitOceans.Bar DOES Provide state licensed bartenders (ABC, TABC, ServSafe, Basset, etc.)
You or your venue will be responsible for providing these, if required.
Most events do not require a traditional "liquor license" as we are not selling any alcohol, and alcohol is served in an "Open Bar" scenario. Insurance/permits/liquor licenses are NOT required for events at private residences.You are responsible for providing the alcohol required for your event. LitOceans Mobile Bartending will provide you with quantities of each type of alcohol to buy, based on your guest count. Alcohol will be served as an "Open Bar" setting, meaning we do not offer cash bar or POS sales.
